What you'll do:
As a Software Engineer (.Net), you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that contribute to making the world a safer place. You will be responsible for developing and supporting software products and systems while collaborating with other team members to bring new initiatives to life. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling application platforms, engaging in system development, testing, implementing secure web applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and working effectively in an Agile environment. - Develop and support software products and systems
- Handle application platforms, third-party data integration, data API, backend systems, and monitoring tools
- Engage in system development, testing, and implementation
- Collaborate with software architects on technical architecture and feature implementation
- Design, develop, and implement secure, reliable, and efficient web applications
- Execute defined processes and solutions, including compliance and customer support
- Retrofit code fixes into customer environments
- Troubleshoot and analyse technical issues
- Work effectively in an Agile environment
- Establish technical proficiency in design, implementation, and unit testing
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Software Engineer (.Net) role is a passionate individual with a strong background in software engineering and web development. You bring to the table proficiency in .NET Core, SQL Server, and log tracing, along with a solid understanding of web fundamentals and web programming. Your extensive hands-on experience with .NET, C#, Angular 4+, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, JQuery, CSS/CSS3, and GIT will be crucial in this role. Experience in CI/CD processes and tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as familiarity with AWS cloud services and various databases will be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, SQL Server, and log tracing is required
- Strong knowledge of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS) and web programming (JavaScript, ReactJS, Java) is essential
- Extensive hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, JQuery, CSS/CSS3, and GIT is necessary
- Experience in CI/CD processes and tools, including Docker and Kubernetes is desirable
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as RDS, SNS/SQS, Redis/Memcached, EC2, CodeBuild is advantageous
- Proficiency in working with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached is beneficial
