What you'll do:
As a Full Stack Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Application Engineering Team. Your responsibilities will span across managing account lifecycle, access control, notifications, logging, multi-tenancy among other SaaS features used by enterprise-level B2B clients. You will collaborate closely with the product design team to develop robust workflows that enhance user experience while meeting business requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in handling large volumes of data securely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for providing reliable logging mechanisms, supporting multi-tenancy and ensuring proper access segregation across various business units.
- Lead the Application Engineering Team, managing account lifecycle, access control, notifications, logging, multi-tenancy, and other SaaS features used by enterprise-level B2B clients.
- Work closely with the product design team to develop robust workflows that streamline user experience and meet business requirements.
- Handle large amounts of data, ensure secure and efficient access control, provide reliable logging mechanisms, support multi-tenancy, and ensure proper access segregation across various business units.
- Collaborate with teams across different locations including Singapore and the UK.
- Develop strategies for user onboarding, account lifecycle processes, and access control mechanisms.
- Work with notification systems, logging frameworks, multi-tenancy, and asset categorisation.
- Handle data stored in both relational and non-relational database management systems.
- Write clean, testable code and implement different testing strategies.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Full Stack Engineering Lead position brings experience in leading and managing a team of engineers. You have worked extensively with SaaS applications catering to a diverse range of enterprise clients. Your understanding of user onboarding, account lifecycle processes, and access control mechanisms is solid. You are proficient in handling data stored in both relational and non-relational database management systems and can write clean, testable code.
- At least four years of experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
- Experience working with SaaS applications catering for a diverse range of enterprise clients.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript (Node.JS, React.JS)
- Experience with containers and cloud technologies is crucial.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, async tasks, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in handling data stored in both relational and non-relational database management systems
- Passionate about the start up eco-system and security domain
