About the Junior Process Automation and IT Support Engineer Role:
In this business critical role, you will use cutting-edge technology to develop solutions that deliver value to IT or business. In addition to the development of new solutions, you will regularly review the performance of existing solutions and fix issues if they occur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automations/apps
• Follow the agreed framework and best practices (documentation, testing, demand management)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
• Provide second level end-user support for standard infrastructure applications and services calls from APAC users which are escalated by the service desk first level support
• Provide second level end-user support for user account related topics
• Support documentation tasks including knowledge management
• Actively participate in daily meetings, Sprint planning and review meetings

To succeed in this role, it will be advantageous to have an interest in using technology to streamline business processes, or have one year of relevant work experience.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT, engineering or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python or related technologies is highly advantageous
• Experience with IT training and support
• Technical understanding from an end-user perspective
• Analytical and possesses good troubleshooting skills
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to balance and manage priorities of multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery
