A multinational financial services firm is currently looking for a high-calibre candidate with strong experience in MS Dynamics to join its team in Singapore in a Senior Development and Solution Lead (MS Dynamics) job.

About the Senior Development and Solution Lead (MS Dynamics) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative new products and modern technologies to deliver world class digital experiences for our clients and customers. You will act as a Lead Microsoft Dynamics Developer and Functional Consultant with a track record of successful Microsoft Dynamics deliveries within the financial markets domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comfortably work in the Agile delivery framework, they need to excel at developing user stories and related test cases, breaking down, designing, and developing solutions in an environment with constant collaborative discussions
• Work in a Scrum, Kanban, XP and related frameworks including frequent critical peer reviews of design and code
• Offer constructive critical reviews of other developers’ designs and code
• Collaboratively work with product owners to develop use stories and test cases
• Handle the research, trial, and recommend new technologies of interest to the group
• Take code through testing, deployment, and production and not merely hand off code to QA and Production Support
• Apply your high skill in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies and familiarity with discussing requirements and implementation with both technical as well as business stakeholders
• Apply your advanced functional MSD skills in the target domain
• Coach junior developers and impart your considerable technological experience to new and upcoming talent

To succeed in the Senior Development and Solution Lead (MS Dynamics) role, you must be fluent with release management processes and help with relevant documentation, environment management and approvals process.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years' IT experience
• Strong Knowledge in Java8, Spring Boot, Microservice, Rest Service and at least one other programming language
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics including PCF, PowerBI and related technologies
• Demonstrate expertise on the following technologies such as SOA/Webservices – (REST and SOAP), Mark-up Languages – XML & JSON, any RDBMS (SQL Queries, Stored Procedures)
• Knowledge and experience of complex systems, APIs, Application and Solution Architecture as well as DevOps
