About the Principal System Analyst (one-year, renewable) Role:
In this role, you will be acting as the technical developer/agent for the Veeva Vault Global Team. You will perform technical assessment and interface assessments of all demands, manage/ensure the platform stability, manage Veeva vault quarterly releases, incident management and SME consultancy to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The following tasks shall be performed for the Veeva Vault System:

• Requirement gathering and discussion
• Requirement evaluation
• Development configuration
• Testing
• Deployments
• Documentation
• Consultancy

To succeed in this Principal System Analyst (one-year, renewable) role, you will need to have at least two years of experience in Veeva Vault.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in Veeva Vault
• Experience with the Veeva Vault ecosystem (mainly MLR Processes, Approved Email and CLM system configuration)
• Experience with incident management and problem solving
• Experience with providing support to running operations and/or project delivery
• Knowledge of Veeva Vault API Connectors
• Good understanding of the architecture of the solution (Veeva Vault and Multichannel functionalities)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and customer focus mindset
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards
• Customer focus/centric with care in the details
• Good understanding of the project life cycle
• Experienced with various tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc. are good to have
• Experience working in a global team is nice to have
• Agile Methodology
• Preferred/additional skills: Holding any of the certifications below is an advantage:
  
  • Veeva Vault Certified Admin
  • Veeva Vault Multichannel Certified Admin
  • VeevaCRM Certified Admin
