SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

A SAP SuccessFactors Consultant job has become available at a leading global organisation with a large presence across Southeast Asia, to be based in Singapore.

About the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Role:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Technology, you will work closely with the product owner, support partner and HR operational excellence team to define and deliver suitable solutions for complex requirements using standard SuccessFactors functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the agreed SAP SuccessFactors roadmap
• Work with the hiring manager to understand needs and aspirations for talent, L&D and onboard in SuccessFactors
• Demonstrate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactorsintegrations
• Regularly assess SuccessFactors product updates and solution with internal stakeholders how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and have implemented at least one end-to-end project life cycle and roll-out.

Key Requirements:

• At least two full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project life cycles
• Hands-on functional experience of SAP SuccessFactors
• Prior exposure in understanding the business requirements and manage the conversion of them into best practice SuccessFactors-enabled designs
• Proven project and delivery skills in addition to the ability to work in an Agile environment
• An inquisitive mindset and naturally curious
