You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, translate business needs into practical solutions, and build an AI-literate, future-ready workforce. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level and lead meaningful transformation in learning.

• Define and lead the organisation’s AI vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across learning delivery, operations, marketing, and learner services

• Partner with academic and business leaders to deliver measurable AI-enabled improvements

• Drive organisation-wide AI adoption through capability building, workshops, and pilots

• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and responsible AI use

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards

• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable opportunities

What are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate or AI-related certifications are a plus

• Experience in digital transformation, innovation, product, or business leadership roles

• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and their practical business applications

• Ability to translate complex technology concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Proven change leadership and stakeholder influence skills

• Background in learning, training, or service-based industries preferred
