Role: Senior Presales Solutions Engineer (Applications Performance Monitoring)

Job Responsibilities

Working closely with the CTO, your role involves:

• Provide technical expertise during the presales process, showcasing the value of our APM solutions to potential clients.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and develop customized solutions based on client needs.
• Support clients by ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of APM tools in their environments.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on client requirements and system improvements.

Job Requirements

As a successful candidate, you should have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in presales with a focus on Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APM tools and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments and a solid understanding of application architectures.
