About the Software Engineering Manager - Java/Python Role:
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and training them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, designing, developing, and maintaining complex software offerings
• Working with junior developers to delivery scalable systems and applications
• Managing the stakeholders and providing them timely updates on the development projects
• Understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions accordingly
• Working with cross-functional teams and ensuring proper documentation of processes

To succeed in this Software Engineering Manager - Java/Python role, you will need to have at least 10 years of experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer Science, or equivalent
• At least 10 years' experience in building and delivering web applications
• Experience with leading software engineering teams
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python or C++
• Good working knowledge of database and storage technologies
• Experience with design patterns
