An exciting Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 job opportunity has just opened up at a global financial services company in Singapore.

About the Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Role:
In this role, you will responsible for cloud and hybrid implementation for lift and shift of in-house application to MS Dynamics. Moving from workbench to CRMX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the architecture team and provide solution design and lead the delivery working with onsite/offshore team members
• Review the practice on Dynamics integration patterns and Hybrid deployment patterns (Dynamics SaaS online, Dynamics on-prem)
• Propose and review solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Marketing) and Power Platform
• Review and assist in solution on Dynamics Security Model and configuring specific to client needs
• Review and assist in estimating infra capacity based on the NFR
• Manage feasibility study, tools identification and completing the PoCs when required
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and developments leads in the team in identifying and developing common components
• Define/identify best practises, patterns/anti-patterns, development guidelines
• Improve code quality statistics, participate/drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt
• Specify the common and core services use cases
• Review and assist in CI/CD pipeline for MS Dynamics solutions and data deployment using ADO or command-line utilities
• Support the development teams in resolving critical issues/bottlenecks in code/configuration/customisation

To succeed in this Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 role, you must have experience in production support related activities.

Key Requirements:

• Eight or more years of overall experience
• Three to five years’ experience as a Solution Design Lead/Technical Architect role implementing Dynamics 365
• Proven design and architecture experience in a large complex organisation, including stakeholder management
• Experience with large implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (Sales and Marketing) and DevOps principles
• Must understand the deep functionality/features of Microsoft CRM Modules
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Marketing, Power Platform, Power App Maker, Common Data Service
• Strong experience with Power Automate & Power BI
• Exhibit hands-on on various NFRs – Non-Functional Requirements implementation
• Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), WEB API (C #), PCF control and TypeScript

Preferred competencies:

• DevOps Tools and CI/CD Processes – ADO, Jira, Bit Bucket, etc.
