Reporting and Analytics Product Owner (1-Year Contract)

Our client is looking for Reporting and Analytics expert to work on data transformation and migration to SAP S/4 HANA, you will be assisting the business in setting the right standardisation, strategy and project planning and implementation whilst working closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs.

What You'll Do

• Define reporting scope, conduct impact assessments, and ensure governance across SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Power BI, and related reporting platforms.
• Drive reporting standardisation, simplification, and adoption of enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee reporting remediation, data reconciliation, report migration, and end-to-end delivery through testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with data and process teams to support data simplification and real-time reporting capabilities while minimising custom development.
• Lead change management, user adoption, and training initiatives for new reporting solutions.
• Monitor project progress, quality, KPIs, and ensure reporting solutions align with clean core SAP principles and implementation timelines.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and support successful delivery of the SAP S/4HANA programme.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting platforms, data products, and analytics capabilities.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• More than 12 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
• Strong understanding of SAP commercial processes (Order-to-Cash, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Supply Chain) and associated reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience delivering reporting standardisation or SAP reporting transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working across global or multi-time-zone environments.
• Experience with large ERP implementation programmes using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and SAP reporting technologies is an advantage.
