Lead AI Solution Architect

Our client is a forward-looking organization investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics to drive innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The firm is building enterprise-grade AI capabilities and is expanding its team to support large-scale, high-impact initiatives across the business.

About the role

We are recruiting for multiple senior-level AI positions across engineering, architecture, and solution design. Depending on experience and expertise, successful candidates may be considered for roles such as Senior AI Engineer, AI Engineer Lead, AI Solution Architect, or AI Designer.

These roles are both hands-on and strategic, offering the opportunity to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions—including open-source LLM technologies - while contributing to the overall AI roadmap. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems.

What We Are Looking for

We are open to candidates from engineering, architecture, or AI solution design backgrounds. Ideal candidates will bring a combination of technical depth and practical delivery experience.

• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, AI solution architecture, or AI system design.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, or other open-source LLM frameworks).
• Experience designing or implementing end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and production deployment.
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is advantageous.
