Our client is seeking a passionate, driven, technically savvy and commercially astute Senior Business Analyst to be a key part of their Global Digital & Technology team. What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth on our client's digital platforms. You will collaborate with Franchisees to understand and document business requirements, analyze current business processes and workflows, create detailed user stories in JIRA, and work closely with development teams to translate these requirements into technical specifications. Your strong analytical skills will be utilized as you interpret data to provide insights that support requirement gathering. Additionally, you will provide regular updates on progress and train franchisees in the adoption of new product features.
- Collaborate and communicate with Franchisees to understand and document business requirements
- Analyze and document current business processes and workflows from current state to future state
- Create detailed user stories in JIRA
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights to support requirement gathering using GA, Fullstory, Data AI and other analytics tools in the suite
- Provide regular updates on progress in absence of delivery lead
- Train the franchisees in adoption of new product features by creating training materials and communicating those through live demonstration
What you bring:
The ideal Senior Business Analyst candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will be working collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with business analysis tools such as Google Analytics is required. A minimum of two years experience in the QSR industry, retail industry or consulting is preferred.
