On behalf of our client, we are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Business Intelligence Analyst (6-months contract). This role is a crucial component of their regional marketing support team, tasked with generating timely, accurate, and relevant secondary data reports and analyses. What you'll do:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst (6-months contract), your main responsibility will be to generate insightful, accurate, and timely secondary data reports. You'll be tasked with maintaining business intelligence dashboards, ensuring the accuracy of data, and maximising usage. Your role will also involve managing databases such as IQVIA and Nicholas Hall, refreshing reports regularly for the regional team, and providing regular report consolidation. Additionally, you'll be expected to support new product assessments through market analyses, desk research, and secondary data searches.
- Generate decision-ready reports and maintain business intelligence dashboards
- Regularly refresh reports with updated data for regional team
- Manage databases, including but not limited to IQVIA and Nicholas Hall
- Provide regular and timely report consolidation to country management teams and regional marketing teams
- Support regional stakeholders in developing customised IQVIA and/or Nicholas Hall reports
- Update and submit HQ required reports
- Provide training on navigation and use of these internal dashboards to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain ETL for good Data quality to support accurate reporting
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Business Intelligence Analyst (6-months contract) role brings a wealth of experience in business/marketing/data analysis. With at least 3 years of experience under your belt, you're comfortable handling large volumes of documentation and training materials. Your proficiency in spreadsheets is matched by your knowledge of Oracle Database and Big Query. You're familiar with data query/wrangling using SQL, as well as data visualisation tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Oracle BI. Above all else, you're highly motivated, independent yet an excellent team player.
- University degree in business, data science, finance or IT related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Business/Marketing/Data Analyst
- Experience within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/healthcare industry preferred
- Prior involvement in IQVIA Market Intelligence database or Sales related data
- Hands-on experiences with 3rd Party Data Platforms
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Able to apply formula and functions using Google sheets or Microsoft Excel)
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and Big Query will be an advantage
- Knowledge in data query/wrangling using SQL, and data visualisation using tools like Power BI, Alteryx and Oracle BI
