About the Big Data Developer Role:
This is a leading multinational organisation with a strong presence within the region. They are looking to hire a Big Data Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, designing, and modifying data processes for the organisation
- Working with internal teams to identify area of improvements to link data flows
- Ensuring optimal accuracy and time lines of data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues
- Proper processing of semi-structured and unstructured datasets
To succeed in this Big Data Developer role, you will need to have around five years of experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Five years of experience in ML data modelling
- Experience in data mining
- Experience with big data tools - Hadoop, Spark, Pyspark
- Hands-on experience in Python and R
- Hands-on experience in SQL
- Prior experience working in an agile environment
