About the Senior System Analyst (12m contract, renewable) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for many different duties such as project planning, deployment and migration. You will also design and perform changes to the network and management processes. Furthermore, you will also get the opportunity to assist, lead and manage major projects locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational excellence and reliable operations of global/critical systems
• Define system release processes, operational support models and drive continual service improvements
• Develop solutions for critical incidents and root cause analysis and closely aligns changes with the other M&S sub-departments

To succeed in this role, you must have at least two to three years of experience with Salesforce or Veeva.

Key Requirements:

• Preferably English speaking persons holding an approved work permit
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related course
• Two to three years of CRM domain knowledge – Salesforce.com/Veeva
• SFDC.com administrator, SOQL/PL SQL, analytic/troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• SSL/web hosting/software development experience is a plus
• SFDC/Veeva admin certifications is a bonus though not a must
• Ideally a degree holder in a relevant field but open to diploma holders (engineering diploma) with two to three years of support experience with vendor management exposure
