Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of Regulatory Affairs for the Asia-Pacific region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction, development and implementation of quality & compliance policies, processes and programmes across more than 20 countries in APAC. What you'll do:
As the Head of Regulatory Affairs for the Asia-Pacific region, your role will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our client's operations across more than 20 countries. You will be responsible for implementing quality & compliance policies and programs that align with the company's vision.
- Contribute to the strategic direction, development and implementation of quality & compliance policies.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure appropriate communication and prioritization of issues.
- Have regulatory oversight of one or more R&D Technical Centers.
- Support all regulatory inspections and certification audits.
- Manage, develop, and coach a team of associates.
- Develop strategies that position the business to capitalize on emerging market needs and quality requirements.

- Excellent influence, persuasion, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of Commercial/Marketing, PD, Quality, supply chain technology teams.
