Our client, a global multinational company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to strategise, manage and enhance the performance of regulatory affairs for new product registration and product lifecycle management.

What you'll do:

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will develop registration strategies, coordinate data for new product submissions, review and approve local product information, maintain the registration of marketed products, and provide regulatory input for marketing plans. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of our client's operations in Singapore.

  • Ensure full regulatory compliance to all local regulations, codes and standards.
  • Develop registration strategies and implement regulatory plans as scheduled or required by the business.
  • Coordinate data for new product submissions, line extensions, responses to deficiency letters and clinical trial applications.
  • Review and approve local product information, medicine and device information, labels as required for regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain the registration of marketed products.
  • Provide regulatory input and support for marketing plans, product launches and other cross-functional activities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regulatory Affairs Manager position brings a wealth of experience in regulatory affairs.

  • Degree or above in Pharmacy
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs
  • Proficient knowledge of the Singapore regulatory environment for a wide range of therapeutic product. Ideally pharmaceutical and medical devices.
  • Knowledge of medical and regulatory procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of international and local regulatory guidelines and codes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access and Excel.
