An exciting Service Operation Manager/Senior Manager/Director job in a global medtech company has just become available. Based in Singapore, this role reports directly to the Vice President and Managing Director of APAC.

About the Service Operation Manager/Senior Manager/Director Role:
This is a newly created role. You will be responsible for the entire APAC service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic roadmap of the global service operations
• Work closely with country service and commercial leaders to design framework for efficient service operations
• Drive service operations transformation
• Streamline service operations and drive operations excellence

The successful Service Operation Manager/Senior Manager/Director has a strong understanding and experience with implementing LEAN system.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree, 15 years' working experience, particularly in service operations
• Strong leadership, demonstrate creative thinking skills
• Strong LEAN knowledge and experience
• Experience working and leading in cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation
