Our client is seeking a Regional Medical Training Manager to provide strategic leadership in the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry leaders within the pharmaceutical field. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of aesthetic/dermatology medicine across the APAC region.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Medical Training Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the landscape across the APAC region.

• Provide strategic inputs to develop scientific partnerships with regional KOLs and local scientific associations.
• Support clinical and research activities.
• Establish effective relations with target partners to build long term sustainable relations and customer loyalties.
• Develop specific expert meeting/ advisory board/educational initiatives that supports product life cycle.
• Improve existing tools and develop novel capabilities for KOL identification, profiling, and engagement.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Medical Training Manager position brings a wealth of experience from Medical Education roles, particularly in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical education/affairs positions.
• Experienced in running educational initiatives and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage across a matrix environment.
• Good strategic planning capabilities and organisational skills.
• Attentive to details and keen learner
