Regional Head of Technical Services

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of Technical Service to lead their Asia Cluster. What you'll do:

As the Regional Head of Technical Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the Technical Service field organization supporting the Asia cluster. Your role will involve managing the TS P&L, cost and capital investment plan, ensuring compliance with company requirements, and delivering on agreed service levels.

• Manage the field service organization and repair center ensuring compliance to service requirements
• Improve the TS sales process, ensuring accountability for revenue
• Drive regional commercial initiatives to boost sales of digital solutions and technical services
• Identify leads and opportunities within the large installed base
• Contribute to the rapid growth of TS sales by driving innovation and developing new business models
• Create and execute training, tools, and marketing collateral to promote the value of service

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Head of Technical Service role will bring proven experience in managing service organizations or enterprises.

• Proven experience in managing service organizations/enterprises
• Solid ability to understand commercial requirements, market trends, financial data, and customer needs
• Critical thinking & problem-solving attitude
• Experience in multinational medical devices organization is a plus
• Proven finance knowledge (P/L, budget, cost controls etc.)
