Regional Clinical Product Manager, Endo-Urology

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Regional Clinical Product Manager in the field of Endo-Urology. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive product strategy as part of a global product marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for concept development, business growth, and lifecycle management.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Clinical Product Manager in Endo-Urology, your role will be pivotal in driving the product strategy within the global marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing clinical strategies that align with our client's product development, marketing, and commercialisation objectives.

• Developing and executing clinical strategies that support product development, marketing, and commercialisation objectives.
• Involve in clinical trials, including protocol development and discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Building long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) customers.
• Performing clinical and application activities and trainings both internally and externally.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage entire product line life cycle.
• Developing and conducting product-related trainings for staff and customers.

As the ideal candidate for the Regional Clinical Product Manager role, you bring a wealth of experience in product management within the medical equipment industry. Your ability to take on challenges head-on, coupled with your resourcefulness in utilising existing structures makes you stand out.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in product management
• Experience in medical equipment is mandatory
• Experience in (Urology) Laser business is a plus
• Keen to take on interesting challenges with limited resources
• Resourceful in utilising existing structure & set up
• Ability to adapt to diverse work environment
• Independent and takes ownership
• Strong collaborative mindset
• Good organisational skills with experience in multi-cultural environment
