• Proven ability to inspire teams through effective communication skills that foster collaboration across functions and geographies.
• Demonstrated success engaging with medical professionals and building trusted relationships within the healthcare community.
• Cultural sensitivity combined with an understanding of diverse regional contexts enabling thoughtful adaptation of strategies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English along with excellent overall communication abilities for clear information sharing.
• Experience working with data-driven approaches including activity tracking (e.g., Excel, Veeva or Salesforce) for consistent reporting across teams.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements regarding interactions with healthcare professionals as well as adherence to codes of conduct.
