Our client, a global Pharmaceutical MNC is seeking a Regional Market Access Director to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the strategic growth vision of the portfolio. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of improving Market Access & Pricing capabilities for innovative medicines, working closely with regional cross-functional teams to deliver holistic brand strategies and plans. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a complex and rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Market Access Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of one of the key portfolio for the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be leading regional access initiatives. You will work closely with local operating companies (LOCs) providing strategic guidance and content expertise to enhance access/pricing submissions. Your ability to develop creative strategies for gaining early optimal reimbursement and access for pipeline products will be key in this role.

  • Serve as regional access lead for priority pipeline products.
  • Provide strategic & content expertise to enhance access/pricing submissions by LOCs.
  • Partner with regional cross-functional team to deliver holistic regional brand strategy & plan.
  • Proactively develop creative and effective strategies to gain early optimal reimbursement and access for pipeline products.
  • Develop and defend differentiated value propositions to various payers and decision makers.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Market Access Director position brings a wealth of experience in Pharma Market Access, particularly in securing reimbursement/funding of specialty products.

  • 8 + years experience in Pharma Market Access, with previous regional/global roles.
  • Experience in expanding access to medicines through unlocking funding through non-public sources.
  • Robust problem-solving skills
  • High resilience and agility
