Receptionist
Our client is seeking a Receptionist and Business Services Assistant to be the face of their organisation in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. In addition, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office, from managing conference room bookings to coordinating with vendors for office upkeep.
What you'll do:
As a Receptionist and Business Services Assistant, your role will be multifaceted.
- Attend to clients and visitors, offering hospitality such as drinks and refreshments.
- Handle client and visitor requests, including document printing, catering and transport arrangements.
- Manage conference room booking schedule for meetings, client events and internal activities.
- Provide first line of support for audio-visual setup and technical requirements during meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors for the upkeep and servicing of office equipment and facilities.
- Support the marketing and business development team in organising client seminars, conferences, and networking events.

The ideal candidate for this Receptionist and Business Services Assistant role brings excellent customer service skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with OneDrive and SharePoint will be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player who can engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive individual eager to broaden experience, develop new skills, and expand knowledge of the business.
