This role offers the opportunity to showcase your professional attitude, proficiency in MS Office, and problem-solving skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, setting the tone for their experience with the company.

What you'll do:

As a Front Office and Administration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's image. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting visitors with a warm smile, managing incoming calls with professionalism, coordinating meeting schedules efficiently, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled promptly. You will also manage the company's social media presence by regularly updating content. Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in maintaining office security.

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including setting up rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Manage the company's social media account by updating and posting content when available
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Front Office and Administration Specialist role is someone who brings a blend of professionalism, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and an eye for detail. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous. Your problem-solving skills will come into play as you navigate through various administrative challenges.
