An exciting Part time Receptionist (AM/Long term contract) job has just become available at one of the world’s leading multinational investment banking and financial services companies.

About the Part time Receptionist (AM/Long term contract) Role:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for company, receiving visitors at the front desk and answering the main phone line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Collecting deliveries/organising outgoing couriers and deliveries
  • Ensure stationery cupboards are stocked
  • Ensure pantry is stocked
  • Maintain and issue staff access passes
  • Assist with office calendar and scheduling of meetings
  • Other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. as required
  • Coordinate office maintenance (e.g. air con servicing, changing light bulbs, fire safety)
  • Coordinate group buy and delivery of client gifts (e.g. mooncakes, Christmas wine)
  • Carry out other duties from time to time

To succeed in this Part time Receptionist (AM/Long term contract) role, you must have strong communication and stakeholder management skill.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Customer service attitude
