  • Coordinate on-ground logistics such as airport pick-ups, concierge services, and local transportation across Singapore, London, Cebu, Seoul, and other destinations as required.
  • Host guests by organising their visits from start to finish—ensuring every detail is managed from reservations at top restaurants to providing a warm welcome and attentive hospitality throughout their stay.
  • Manage gifting processes for festive occasions or personal milestones by sourcing thoughtful gifts, handling delivery logistics, and maintaining records of preferences and past gifts.
  • Secure reservations at exclusive venues and restaurants by leveraging your knowledge of the hospitality industry to ensure preferred seating arrangements and memorable experiences for the principals.
  • Track personal expenses meticulously by managing memberships, subscriptions, daily expenditures, and reconciling invoices against receipts using Excel reports for accuracy.
  • Liaise with external vendors such as maintenance providers or delivery services to ensure smooth household operations while coordinating with overseas support teams when necessary.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for bankers, lawyers, tax advisors, and other professional stakeholders—ensuring timely communication and follow-up on important matters.
  • Screen email correspondence related to utilities, telecoms, tax issues or other administrative topics; organise messages efficiently; and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Conduct market research on request—summarising findings clearly—and provide ad-hoc support for both business-related projects and personal initiatives.
