  • Draft, review, and manage business correspondence; prepare meeting materials; handle follow-ups promptly; and ensure all documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Arrange comprehensive travel logistics including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries for both business and family trips—anticipating needs to guarantee stress-free experiences.
  • Assist with IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting minor issues or coordinating with technical support providers to keep systems running smoothly for the CEO and family.
  • Prepare expense reports meticulously; track administrative costs; process reimbursements; and maintain clear financial records for both executive and household expenditures.
  • Support philanthropic or social commitments by liaising with charities or foundations on behalf of the family; coordinate event participation or donations as required.
  • Oversee household staff performance; manage vendor relationships; ensure that all services meet agreed standards consistently across all aspects of home life.
  • Organise personal errands for the family—such as shopping or scheduling appointments—and manage extracurricular activities or school schedules without error.

What you bring:

Your background should reflect consistent success juggling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure. You have developed advanced interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport easily yet always remain respectful of boundaries around privacy. Your written communication is polished—capable of drafting professional emails one moment then switching seamlessly into more informal correspondence for personal matters. Technological proficiency comes naturally: whether it’s mastering new scheduling software or troubleshooting basic IT issues so that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Above all else your sense of responsibility shines through—you take pride in being dependable so those around you feel supported no matter what challenges arise throughout each day.

  • A minimum of five years’ experience as a Personal Assistant supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth families in demanding environments where accuracy is non-negotiable.
  • Exceptional organisational skills demonstrated through effective multitasking across executive support functions as well as personal household management duties.

  • Experience managing household staff or vendors—including setting expectations clearly; monitoring service quality; resolving issues diplomatically when necessary.
  • Ability to organise complex travel arrangements independently—from booking flights/hotels/visas to preparing detailed itineraries tailored specifically for each trip’s requirements.
