This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across multiple time zones and locations, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will handle a range of administrative and logistical responsibilities, acting as the backbone of the Investor Relations team.

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant in Investor Relations, your role will be multifaceted. You will provide comprehensive support to the Investor Relations team, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and liaising with various stakeholders. Your organisational skills will be put to good use as you handle logistics for investor roadshows and maintain up-to-date databases. Your ability to ensure confidentiality and discretion will be crucial in this role.

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Investor Relations team
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Organise and oversee logistics for investor roadshows, including travel arrangements, accommodations, meeting scheduling, and itineraries
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursements accurately and promptly
  • Support the planning and execution of investor-related events
  • Maintain up-to-date contact databases, distribution lists, and investor communications
  • Act as a key point of contact for coordination between regional offices and global headquarters
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings a wealth of experience from the financial sector. With 6-8 years under your belt, you have proven your ability to manage complex schedules, multitask under pressure, and prioritise effectively. Your strong organisational skills are matched by your exceptional interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role. A professional demeanour is required as you'll be interacting with senior executives and external investors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial sector
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and travels, multitask, and prioritize under pressure
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support events and team coordination
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with senior executives and external investors
