PA/EA to Regional CEO
Our client is a creative engineering company, a striking group of craftsmen specialised in strategy, design, technology, and marketing. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Regional CEO. This role requires an individual with the ability to exercise good judgment in various situations, strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative prowess, and organisational skills.
What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant - Personal Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Regional CEO. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communication on all matters pertaining to the office. Your responsibilities will include managing a dynamic calendar with meticulous attention to detail, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time and office, handling sensitive matters with discretion, coordinating team activities to foster a positive office culture, providing general support to visitors and guests, assisting in coordinating agendas for senior management meetings and off-sites, and providing support for special projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications
- Manage a dynamic calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and travel-related activities
- Act as a 'gatekeeper' managing access to the CEO's time and office
- Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Coordinate team activities, off-sites, and events to foster a positive office culture
- Provide general support to office visitors and guests
- Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites
- Provide Support for special projects in a timely manner with results
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant - Personal Assistant position will bring a wealth of experience in executive support. You should have at least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms is essential. An entrepreneurial spirit is key; we're looking for a self-starter who is eager to solve problems while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels. - Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 4 - 5 years experience in executive support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms
