They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, curious, and inclusive environment that values diversity of thought.

What you'll do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the company. Your responsibilities will range from managing calendars and arranging travel itineraries to providing support to the Treasury team. You will also be expected to handle incoming phone calls professionally, attend meetings to take notes and manage action items, and work independently on special projects. Providing administrative support to the Fund Operations platform team in Singapore will also be part of your duties.

  • Manage and maintain the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating conference calls.
  • Maintain accurate contact details and ensure seamless communication.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, assist with visa applications, and manage expense reports.
  • Provide support to the Treasury team on Accounts Payable (AP), including managing incoming invoices and coordinating with offshore teams.
  • Answer, screen, and manage incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Attend meetings to take notes, stay informed, and manage action items.
  • Work independently on special projects under general direction of management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Fund Operations platform team in Singapore.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Administrative Assistant role brings a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial services firm. You have demonstrated your ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining outstanding follow-up and organizational skills. Your strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications will be essential in this role. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial services firm.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • A self-starter with proven ability to take initiative.
