Our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to join their dynamic team in Singapore. What you'll do:

As a Senior Administrative Professional, your role will be integral to the smooth running of our client's Corporate Services team. You will directly support multiple consulting professionals by coordinating deadlines, analysing sensitive information, and handling confidential requests. Your responsibilities will also include managing business and personal calendars, booking domestic and international travel, processing expenses, time entries, and case documents. Additionally, you will provide support for internal and external events as well as assist with office service tasks.

  • Manage complex calendaring, prepare business travel itineraries, and process expense and time reports.
  • Handle sensitive and urgent information from clients, exercise judgment in responding to unique situations.
  • Coordinate strategically with both internal and external constituents.
  • Balance multiple priorities considering risk, importance, urgency, political impacts, and other linkage.
  • Assist in managing and responding to emails and requests in a timely fashion.
  • Provide support for internal and external events.
  • Support the Business, People and Marketing Team on various tasks including PowerPoint preparation, Excel Trackers and Reporting.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Administrative Professional role will bring a wealth of administrative assistance experience to the table. Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite coupled with your ability to quickly learn new technologies will be crucial in this role. A keen eye for detail along with exceptional organisational skills are prerequisites. The ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure is also expected.

  • University degree is required
  • Minimum of ten years’ administrative assistance experience required; experience with a professional services firm strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint with capability to quickly learn and apply new technology
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail are critical
  • Ability to maintain composure during high pressure situations by being resourceful
