Our client is a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, delivering consistent, competitive returns responsibly. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director and local team members, with additional support for the wider global team

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in providing high-level support to the Director and local team members. You will be entrusted with coordinating complex international travel itineraries, managing extensive diaries, liaising with external investor relations consultants, managing budgets, supporting event organisation, and assisting in report preparation. Your ability to multitask, prioritise workload, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

  • Coordinate extensive and complex international travel across many different time zones
  • Manage extensive diary using MS Outlook – arranging meetings, lunches, booking meeting rooms with relevant facilities and greeting visitors
  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing emails and flag as required
  • Liaise closely with external investor relations consultants on meeting schedules and investor visiting programmes
  • Manage travel budgets and expenses and process invoices as required
  • Support the organisation & implementation of ISG events
  • Assist in the preparation of correspondence and reports and put together PowerPoint presentations to a high standard

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant position brings extensive experience in coordinating complex international travel itineraries and providing EA or PA support. Experience in managing international roadshows and working within Investor Relations would be desirable. A high level of IT literacy with good experience of Microsoft packages is essential. The candidate must have a strong sense of initiative and ownership, able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Discretion and confidentiality are key attributes for this role.

  • Extensive experience in coordinating complex international travel itineraries
  • Experience of providing EA or PA support
  • Experience of managing international roadshows and working within Investor Relations desirable
  • High Level of IT Literacy with good experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and especially PowerPoint
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong sense of initiative and ownership
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Attention to detail is critical
