What you'll do:
As a Personal Assistant, your role will be integral to the smooth operation of our client's business. You will be immersed in a variety of tasks that require excellent organisational skills and proactivity.
- Provide secretarial support including managing calendars and updating travellers’ schedules
- Organise administrative tasks such as travel expenses and office equipment upkeep
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, visitors, sales managers and the German headquarter
- Organise complex travel, accommodation and transport arrangements
- Responsible for the organisation of meetings, conferences and team bonding events
- Support in the organisation of exhibitions
- Handle logistics tasks including preparing commercial invoices and arranging shipments
- Provide sales support through data entry, research, presentations and handling orders
- Offer internal sales support by raising purchase orders, quotations, invoices and credit notes
- Provide IT support through inventory management and coordination with HQ

- At least 4 to 5 years of working experience as personal assistant or administration manager
- Diploma or degree in business studies, administration, management or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality due to insight into confidential matters
- Excellent self-organisation skills and proactivity
- Attention to detail with a dynamic, committed attitude and strong sense of initiative
- Intercultural competence with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Dynamic, highly motivated, well organised, detail oriented individual
- Very good team player with a cheerful personality
