Executive Assistant to CEO A new and exciting opportunity has emerged for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO of a distinguished organisation. Located centrally the role will serve as the primary contact for the CEO and will be a key extension of this prestigious brand.

What you'll do:

As the CEO's Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and calendar management. Your responsibilities will encompass serving as the primary contact for the CEO and a board member, overseeing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. You will also be tasked with drafting documents, presentations, reports and correspondence while ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational standards. Your ability to anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively address administrative and logistics challenges will be vital in this role.

  • Serve as the primary contact for all executive team members
  • Oversee calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Update and maintain accurate database of Executive Officer Key contacts
  • Draft documents, presentations, reports and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational standards
  • Manage Board Member expenses and his family medical claims
  • Coordinate all related arrangements for social activities of Board Member and family
  • Maintain organised filing system
  • Handle CEO’s local and overseas travel needs
  • Anticipate the executive’s needs, proactively addressing administrative and logistics challenges
  • Streamline tasks to maximise the executive’s time and focus on strategic priorities

Please note that due to the requirements of this role the role will be based 100% on site however the working hours at 9- 6 PM with limited requirement for your time beyond these hours.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Highly organised with excellent follow-up skills
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous with ability to multi-task
