The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with regional directors and managers, implement firm-wide policies, and contribute to office improvement plans.

What you'll do:

As an Office Manager, your primary role will be to ensure the smooth operation of our Singapore office. You'll manage daily administrative tasks, provide valuable assistance to regional directors and managers, and implement firm-wide policies. Your innovative ideas will be crucial in producing effective office improvement plans. You'll also handle space planning, renovations, and supervise legal secretaries. Your responsibilities will extend to liaising with local government authorities for annual registrations and licenses. Additionally, you'll play a key role in welcoming new team members through induction processes and assist in managing budgetary matters.

  • Manage daily office administrative operations ensuring smooth running of the office
  • Provide assistance to functional directors and managers in regional offices

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Office Manager position holds a degree in management or a related field. You bring at least five years of relevant management experience, demonstrating your ability to handle responsibilities of a similar scope. Your strong communication skills, both oral and written, enable you to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. You possess technical skills in human resources, which are crucial for this role. Your leadership abilities, coupled with your people and project management skills, make you an effective manager. You are proactive and innovative, always looking for solutions to challenges. Your excellent interpersonal skills and team-first orientation make you a valuable addition to any team.
