What you'll do:
As a Paralegal and Legal Administrator (Part Time), you will become an integral member of the legal department, responsible for ensuring that all administrative aspects run smoothly.
- Create and maintain accurate Oracle entries to ensure all legal records are up-to-date and easily accessible for the wider team.
- Issue Docusign envelopes for contract signatures, diligently following up with relevant parties to secure timely completion of all required documentation.
- Upload signed contracts efficiently into Oracle and Sharepoint systems, guaranteeing proper storage and compliance with internal protocols.
- Conduct basic contract reviews on selected IT and marketing work orders, providing initial insights to support more complex legal assessments.
- Deliver ad-hoc legal and administrative support such as proofreading documents, formatting files, conducting research, preparing paperwork, arranging document deliveries, and maintaining matter files.
- Organise and manage legal records and documents systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and ensure compliance with data retention policies.
- Assist in preparing legal documents for meetings or external correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at every stage.
- Support the legal team by coordinating logistics for document delivery and collection as needed, helping maintain seamless operations across departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes by identifying areas for increased efficiency or enhanced organisation within the legal function.
