  • Issue Docusign envelopes for contract signatures, diligently following up with relevant parties to secure timely completion of all required documentation.
  • Upload signed contracts efficiently into Oracle and Sharepoint systems, guaranteeing proper storage and compliance with internal protocols.
  • Conduct basic contract reviews on selected IT and marketing work orders, providing initial insights to support more complex legal assessments.
  • Deliver ad-hoc legal and administrative support such as proofreading documents, formatting files, conducting research, preparing paperwork, arranging document deliveries, and maintaining matter files.
  • Organise and manage legal records and documents systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and ensure compliance with data retention policies.
  • Assist in preparing legal documents for meetings or external correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at every stage.
  • Support the legal team by coordinating logistics for document delivery and collection as needed, helping maintain seamless operations across departments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes by identifying areas for increased efficiency or enhanced organisation within the legal function.

What you bring:

  • Previous exposure to reviewing basic contracts—particularly IT or marketing work orders—will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory if you demonstrate willingness to learn quickly.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities or urgent requests ensures continued support for the legal team’s evolving needs.
  • A positive attitude towards learning new systems or processes contributes greatly to ongoing professional development within the role.
