Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Administrative Assistant for a 12-month contract based in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team within the asset management industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, managing complex travel arrangements, and reconciling expenses. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work productively with others.

What you'll do:

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting the broader team with standard assistant duties. You will take full ownership of administrative processes, striving to minimise the administrative burden for managers. Your day-to-day tasks will include extensive calendar management, coordinating meetings with both internal associates and external contacts, and managing complex travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for reconciling monthly multi-currency business expenses and maintaining databases. Your commitment to teamwork and service orientation will enable you to provide effective team support and back-up coverage for peer assistants.

  • Manage extensive calendar using good judgement and initiative
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made
  • Manage complex travel arrangements according to schedule, budget guidelines, and manager preferences
  • Reconcile monthly multi-currency business expenses using Concur online expense tool
  • Maintain databases such as Salesforce
  • Provide team support and back-up coverage for peer assistants
  • Participate in project teams or focus groups when required
