Client Group Assistant Support (1 year contract)
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Group Assistant Support for a one-year contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support within a dynamic team, based in the vibrant city of Singapore.

What you'll do:
As a Client Group Assistant Support, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the team. You will be entrusted with extensive calendar management, coordinating meetings with both internal associates and external contacts. Your ability to manage complex travel arrangements will be crucial, as will your proficiency in reconciling multi-currency business expenses. You'll also maintain key databases, organise departmental meetings and events, and provide essential backup support for your peers. Participation in project teams or focus groups may also be required from time to time.
- Provide full administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and visitor handling
- Manage complex travel arrangements adhering to schedule and budget guidelines
- Complete monthly multi-currency business expenses reconciliation using Concur online expense tool
- Maintain databases such as Salesforce
- Organise and manage small department/team meetings and events
- Provide team support and back-up coverage for peer assistants
- Keep abreast of internal administrative policies, practices and guidelines
- Participate in project teams or focus groups when required
