Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Board & Committee Specialist to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with C-suite members, providing comprehensive logistics and administrative support. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison officer between board directors and the CEO's office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

What you'll do:

As a Board & Committee Specialist, your role will be pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of our client's executive team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive logistics and administrative support to C-suite members, acting as a key liaison officer between board directors and the CEO's office. Your excellent organisational skills will be utilised in preparing for meetings, managing on-site logistics, communicating with Directors' offices, and developing guidelines for document tracking and storage. Additionally, you will provide Corporate secretariat duties to the company and its subsidiaries.

  • Provide comprehensive logistics and administrative support to C-suite members
  • Act as a key liaison officer between board directors and the CEO's office
  • Responsible for preparatory work for meetings including notifying board directors of meeting details, programs and board agenda
  • Support internal stakeholders in developing meeting materials
  • Manage on-site logistics for board meetings, workshops and customer visits
  • Communicate with Directors’ offices for meeting date alignment, logistics and practicalities
  • Develop guidelines for the tracking and storage of all relevant documents and paperwork
  • Provide Corporate secretariat duties to the company and subsidiaries

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Board & Committee Specialist role brings a wealth of experience working with senior management or at an executive level within a large, multinational company. Your business degree or equivalent qualification underpins your understanding of corporate operations. Experience in the petrochemical industry would be advantageous but not essential. Your strong organisational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you will act as a key liaison officer between various parties.

  • Business Degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience working with senior management / executive level in a large, multinational company
  • Experience in the petrochemical industry is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills
