Our client, a well-established investment firm, is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic investment equity team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive support to the investment team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Operation, playing a crucial role in overseeing all executive administration and operational support.
What you'll do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our client's investment management team based in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the investment team, ensuring smooth operations within the office. You will manage calendars meticulously, plan and organise meetings, arrange travel for the team, handle incoming queries proactively, and complete business expense claims promptly. Your ability to prioritise tasks effectively and communicate efficiently with diverse groups of associates and senior business leaders will be key to your success in this role. Some proficiency in Japanese language skills is preferred but not mandatory.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the investment team

- Arrange travel for the investment team with attention to detail
- Complete business expense claims promptly and follow up on reimbursements if necessary
- Handle incoming queries proactively; processing where appropriate; passing onto the relevant associate in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the Portfolio managers in overseeing all executive administration and operational support
What you bring:
