Our client, top player in the market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Region Workplace Management Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and provide a work environment that reflects the company's identity and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employees feel comfortable and can express their best competencies, thereby maximising the value brought to the business.

What you'll do:

As a Region Workplace Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the work environment that aligns with the company's identity and values. You will be tasked with designing innovative projects that create an advanced, comfortable workspace. Your responsibilities will also include implementing health & safety guidelines in WM while supporting local wellbeing initiatives. You will be expected to identify sustainability initiatives within WM while managing service development from providers. Your role will involve resolving any WM issues related to travel, facilities or fleet services. Monitoring facilities' yearly costs will be part of your remit to ensure cost optimisation.

  • Develop efficient, effective, and innovative projects to provide a comfortable, advanced, and attractive work environment
  • Guarantee the application of Health & Safety guidelines in WM and support local Wellbeing program initiatives
  • Identify, implement, and maintain WM sustainability initiatives
  • Define functional and technical specifications of services, implement Supplier Contract SLA/ KPIs, monitor overall trends in the Region
  • Resolve Workplace Management issues related to Travel, Facilities, Fleet and other services
  • Monitor Facilities yearly costs and consumption, optimise overall local cost
  • Manage local Budgeting Process in collaboration with HRBP and local CFO / Controlling

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Region Workplace Management Manager position brings a wealth of experience in office or workplace management. You are known for your ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams in a matrix organisation. Your attention to detail is impeccable, and you possess strong analytical skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which you use to solve problems and manage projects effectively. Your vendor management skills are top-notch, and you are proficient in MS Office. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • University degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in office / workplace management
  • Proven ability to work independently across teams in a matrix organisation
  • Regional APAC experience
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with project management abilities
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
