About the Administrative Assistant Role:
This role reports to the Office Manager in the Singapore office and supports office operations and administration secretarial tasks in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving visitors
• Arranging couriers and mails
• Organising and prepare international travel itineraries
• Ensuring efficiency of daily office operations and administration of the office to create a positive working environment
• Supporting the planning and execution of projects, events, and meetings
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the team

Key Requirements:

• About three years' secretarial experience in supporting senior management team
• Ability to be hands-on, flexible and be driven to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective team player
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
