An international investment management firm is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their growing team in Singapore. In this job, you will be responsible for the overall support of the investment consultants for their Singapore office.

About the Executive Assistant Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Asia, you will be working closely and alongside in the EA team in overseeing the executive administration and operational support to the investment team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the investment team is being supported through managing respective calendars and organising meetings
• Oversee the travel planning, expenses claims as well as logistics of visiting colleagues from the other offices
• Manage the documents from the data rooms and maintaining the CRM as well as document management
• Coordinate with the operations team to organise internal meetings, office management as well as assisting HR team with the onboarding of new team members
• Contribute towards the team activities through organising events

To succeed in this Executive Assistant role, you must be highly experienced in providing support to the investment teams in a fast-paced environment and be meticulous with an eye for detail.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified degree or diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
• A minimum of five years of experience working as an executive assistant, personal assistant or a secretary preferably in an investment, financial services or professional services organisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as other IT tools such as Salesforce
• Experienced working in a fast-paced and process-oriented environment and the ability to work in a collaborative team is essential for this role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills to deal with constant changing requirements
