Operations Analyst (One-year Contract)

About the Operations Analyst (One-year Contract) Role:
Your key responsibility will be providing support to participants by providing career-readiness resources, engaging with employers and organising recruiting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of large weekly surveys including design, basic survey programming (simple UI, coding not required), scheduling, administration, database management and analysis
• Plan and execute the rollout of new programmes and digital tools to large cohorts
• Provide basic customer support, addressing routine concerns, triaging and escalating more complex cases, and following up with cases to resolution to our participants
• Manage virtual events or meetings on Zoom, Webex and other platforms
• Schedule meetings and communicating with external stakeholders
• Digital document collection, quality check and upload to document management system
• Be involved in ad hoc tasks and projects

To succeed in this role, you must have a qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.

Key Requirements:

• Possesses good attention to detail, strong communication and able to solve problems independently
• Experience with Hubspot, Alteryx and tableau is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
