About the Finance Customer Service Executive Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality and timely administrative support to a team and clients.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Full handling of all customer queries and outstanding receivables
- Perform customer account reconciliations
- Initiate collections on past-due accounts
- Check and process customer refunds and dishonoured cheques
- Handle customer queries
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Print out aging reports and follow up
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedules, and status of the Accounts Receivable reports
To succeed in this Finance Customer Service Executive role, you should have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Minimum two years’ experience in the administrative, customer service role in a busy environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills in a professional or corporate environment
- Ability to handle tasks independently and in liaison with other departments/offices when necessary
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
