Reporting directly to Regional Business Unit Head, your main responsibility will be to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.

About the Regional Business Unit Manager Role:
A global listed medical device company specialising in dental care industry and well-known for their innovative products and diversified product portfolios is currently recruiting for a Regional Business Unit Manager job to support the business expansion across APAC. This role is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute strategies to profitably grow the consumables sales. This position will create, implement, and execute plans and new product launches, in accordance with the overall global business unit and regional business unit strategy
• Formulate strategies and plans to guide and support business leaders to implement and grow the business
• Raise the knowledge, awareness, understanding and skills, as required to drive sales development, market penetration and market share gain; including monitoring progress and drive the development and implementation of course correction activities
• Thorough understanding of specific markets including competitor landscape and value propositions
• Establish close relationships with the global, regional and local marketing teams, digital marketing and clinical education
• Proactively seek solutions on any product issues and/or customer feedback to global and regional teams
• Translate and executes regional marketing plan to local expectations and needs to drive brand awareness and growth
• Use analytic and insights (including campaign ROI, customer sign-ups and competition, etc.) to support execution of the marketing plan.

The successful Regional Business Unit Manager has a minimum of five years experience of multinational environment and the successful expedience in articulating strategy to operational teams.

Key Requirements:

• Science or Dental related degree
• MBA (preferred)
• Minimum of five years' multiple countries of product marketing in the healthcare industry
• Strong practical commercial execution background
• Demonstrated advanced communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Internationally and culturally aware
• Demonstrated proven problem solver and decision maker
• Understanding of dental and orthodontics procedures (preferred)
