What you'll do:

As an Admissions Manager based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with leading the full spectrum of admissions activities from initial family contact through to successful student onboarding. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve not only managing the operational flow but also driving improvements through insightful data analysis and system optimisation. You will have the chance to shape how data is collected and interpreted—turning numbers into meaningful recommendations that enhance both conversion rates and overall family experience.

By owning key systems like OpenApply and iSAMS you will ensure seamless integration across platforms while maintaining strict compliance with data protection standards. In addition to managing your own workload you’ll provide guidance to Admissions Officers—coaching them towards shared goals while nurturing a collaborative team spirit.   • Lead the daily operations of the admissions office by overseeing enquiries, applications, assessments, offers, acceptance processes, onboarding activities, and handover to academic teams.
  • Transform admissions and enrolment data into actionable insights and accurate forecasts that inform strategic decision-making at both operational and leadership levels.
  • Own and optimise admissions systems such as OpenApply and iSAMS by ensuring optimal configuration, user permissions management, automations implementation, and robust audit trails.
  • Maintain rigorous data governance practices aligned with PDPA regulations and organisational policies to ensure compliance and secure handling of personal information.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for senior leadership that track pipeline health, conversion rates, yield metrics, time-to-decision statistics, and capacity utilisation trends.
  • Build detailed enrolment forecasts and scenario models using historical trends, cohort analyses, and market intelligence to support planning and resource allocation.
  • Champion workflow standardisation and automation by partnering with IT/Data teams to maintain robust integrations between platforms while reducing manual data entry errors.
  • Set high service-level standards for response times, application decisions, offer turnaround times, onboarding milestones, and ensure consistent delivery of personalised communications to prospective families.
  • Line-manage Admissions Officers by setting goals, providing coaching and feedback through performance reviews, developing training plans, organising daily huddles, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Collaborate closely with academic leads on placement decisions as well as with marketing, finance, operations colleagues to ensure smooth transitions throughout the admissions lifecycle.
