  • Deliver comprehensive clinical support for the Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio directly or indirectly to hospitals, medical professionals, and allied partners, ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and collaboration with support function teams to contribute to programmes aimed at delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Attend to doctors or key opinion leaders such as cardiologists and electrophysiologists in both private and government hospital settings, providing timely assistance and technical expertise.
  • Work closely with hospitals on tenders and consignment stocks as well as channel partners on tender processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Provide prompt technical support including tools maintenance, testing, and responding efficiently to field inquiries from doctors regarding products or procedures.
  • Assist with implantations and procedures while following up closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Resolve issues effectively by conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions that maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with business objectives while maintaining strict adherence to healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Manage key processes and procedures related to clinical support activities while ensuring full compliance with company policies and established healthcare guidelines.
  • Initiate sales activities as required, supporting the marketing team on programmes such as workshops or congresses, and participating in clinical studies when necessary.
